Brian was an ID referred by my colleague. In fact he was the 10th ID that I spoke to and the only ID that really impressed my husband and that was merely after the first meeting. Upon the first consultation, his creativity and flexibility in adapting to our needs/wants was evident. Our biggest concern was the kitchen layout and maximizing wardrobe space in MBR. He would churned out multiple ideas on the spot with brief drawings and visuals covering as many angles as possible making the quotation we receive as accurate as possible. He even came up with different quotations for different possible layouts, which allowed us ample time to decide on the final layout.
He was very accommodating and on time for all our meetings. Texts and calls were efficiently attended to from start to end and even so after the project was completed. I would like to commend his professionalism, efficiency and patience through it all. You would hear many horror stories about many IDs and most wouldnt even recommend their ID but Brian? I’ll highly recommend engaging his services! No reno is perfect and there will be hiccups for sure but what Brian is capable of bringing to the table is accountability, adaptability and honesty.
His project management showed tremendous organizational and communication skills evident with the way his contractors work / answers to him and the fact that the project was completed in less than 3 months and this is with a 1 week delay. Talk about speed.
Overall carpentry work was great with minor rectifications required. He would provide updates on major works when he goes down on site to check the works. A scheduled time table of the whole Reno process was provided making tracking easy.
After sales service is prompt and he remains helpful / ready to assist with my queries.
I appreciate how he is detailed oriented, equally OCD about things and knowledgeable but will go out of his way to explain the mechanics of how things work etc. We’ve learnt so much from him through his sharings too! Appreciate you Brian thank you for making the renovation process as seamless and smooth as possible.
