I was introduced to Brian by my friend. My new home project involved completely overhauling a resale flat such as hacking the floor, hacking some walls, rewiring and plumbing.

After meeting up with several IDs, I decided to engage Brian for my home renovation project as the pricing was reasonable and he was not pushy in selling his services or ideas!He was also opened to my suggestions and requirements, and also helped me in managing my expectations between aesthetics, functionalities and budget.

Unlike some owners who frequently checked on their new home reno progress, I could usually only managed to visit once or twice a week during the night or weekend due to work commitment.

Thus, I trusted Brian to manage my whole reno project, prepare and follow-up with the schedules, updating me on the progress of each respective reno works. Appreciated the fact that he also took the effort to shop for lights, fans, toilet amenities, taps and basins, tiles and tabletop materials with me.

For myself, I also appreciated Brian for his promptness, be it in replying messages, when meeting up and of course in the whole renovation process. Even after the project handover, he made sure that everything was completed as tasked and assured me that he is contactable if there were any issues after! During and after the renovation process, hiccups that I encountered were rectified and recovered promptly! Unfortunately I had to make adjustments to my bedside lamp position and rewiring towards end of project, and he managed to help me to get things rectified in time for my move-in despite it was very near CNY.

Overall, I am glad that the project went smoothly within the timeline, and would say it was a good experience working together with Brian to create my 1st dream home.
