3. Product Availability

• All orders are subject to stock availability.
• In the event of stock unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.
• Customers will be notified promptly if any item in their order is unavailable.

4. Installation

• Installation services are not included in the product price or delivery service.
• Customers are responsible for arranging installation unless separately contracted with us.

5. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• Standard delivery will occur within 7 to 14 working days, depending on product readiness and delivery location.
• Additional delivery charges may apply for oversized items or specific delivery areas.
• Customers must ensure accurate and accessible delivery addresses.

6. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are only accepted for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Claims must be submitted within 3 working days of delivery, along with supporting images.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Stylemyspace Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after placing the order.
• In the event of cancellations due to product unavailability or stock issues on our end, a full refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment.

8. Availability & Pricing

• Prices are listed in SGD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to adjust prices, product descriptions, and availability without notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Stylemyspace Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
