Queries and correspondences were addressed in both timely and and thorough manner, ensuring a peace of mind which was deeply appreciated by first-time owners

1. Pleasant interactions with Addison (ID)
– Addison took both time and effort to understand our tastes and preferences. He’s also very hands-on and frequently dropped by our house to check on the renovation progress and would proactively inform us if he sees any poor workmanship (thankfully, there are all minor ones).
– He even took notes and shared several online gems which he found. Several of his finds were subsequently incorporated into our final designs.
– As first time owners, we had several queries and concern; all were dutifully addressed.
– When it came to any unexpected delays, of which there were minimal, he immediately floated these matters across to our attention. Furthermore, he would then propose solutions to allay any concerns or hiccups which might come up later during the renovation.

2. Quality of Workmanship
– Workmanship is excellent and there is a keen eye to detail; any flaws or imperfections were promptly rectified
– A special point to note is there is no sacrifice of form over function. Many of the designed elements are functional and practical. Choices of finishing, colors, and the heights of counter-tops and shelves were also made to suit our needs.
– Glad that Addison is so detailed in his design and execution and even suggested the color palette for us.

3. Continuing Professionalism during Post-Renovation Journey
– Addison would actively follow up after the majority of our renovation was done, checking in when paint touch-ups could be done and etc.
– He and his team are very swift to fix any issues which might surface. For instance, we had a wonky fan and he sent his team over the day after we raised the topic.
