With my wife and I being first time flat owners, Brian provided us with practical insights and creative ideas throughout the renovation process. He was very patient and prompt in attending to the numerous queries we had. He is very passionate about his designs and ideas – there was an optional design item which we were prepared to do without as we did not wish to incur the costs, but Brian absorbed the costs just so that the visuals of the house would be enhanced! With my wife and I busy with work and wedding preparations during the period of renovation back then, Brian ran the project smoothly and provided us with timely updates. Whenever there were hiccups, Brian would promptly act on them to ensure that the renovation process continued smoothly. He also accompanied us on furniture shopping and provided us with his opinions on whether the furniture would fit in with the theme. The pricing was very reasonable and affordable compared to a few other quotes we received from other firms. After- sale services have been great as well – Brian has been very prompt in sending the contractors over to perform some touch-up/ rectify minor defects.
